These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Websites and any content, programs, courses, products, services, resources, communications, and purchases offered through them (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Websites or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Websites.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or purchase from our Websites. By using our Websites, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

2. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Websites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Websites, including text, videos, audios, meditations, worksheets, designs, graphics, logos, brand elements, and course materials (“Content”), is owned or licensed by us and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Limited licence (personal use only)

When you purchase or access our Content, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, resell, or share Content

  • modify or create derivative works from Content

  • represent our Content as your own

  • use our Content for commercial purposes without written permission

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

 

4. USER ACCOUNTS & ACCESS (INCLUDING KAJABI)

Some Services are delivered via third-party platforms (including Kajabi). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

You must not share login credentials or allow others to access your purchased content. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

 

5. PURCHASES, PAYMENTS & PRICING

All prices are displayed on the relevant checkout page. By purchasing, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide.

You agree that you are financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf.

We reserve the right to update pricing, products, and inclusions at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

 

6. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated, our products and programs are delivered digitally (for example, via online portal access, downloads, email delivery, or streaming).

You acknowledge that:

  • access requires a compatible device and internet connection

  • access may be time-limited or ongoing depending on the offer

  • content may be updated or refined over time

 

7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

A) Coaching, Mentoring, Live Programs & High-Touch Services

All purchases of coaching, mentoring, masterminds, VIP sessions, group programs, and live or facilitated experiences are non-refundable.

This applies regardless of payment structure, including:

  • full upfront payment

  • payment plans

  • recurring or instalment arrangements

By entering a payment plan, you are committing to the full program fee, not a month-by-month service. Early cancellation does not remove the obligation to complete remaining payments.

 

B) Digital Products (Self-Paced Online Programs & Tools)

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase (or shortly thereafter via email or portal access).

For eligible digital products purchased as standalone items (not received as a bonus), we offer a 7-day satisfaction window.

To request a refund, you must email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your purchase details. Once a refund is approved, access to the product will be removed.

Examples of digital products include (without limitation):

  • The Money Game – Mind It! Make It! Manage It! Multiply It!

  • Energy Field Clearing & Security Activation Tool

 

C) Bonus Products

Products provided as a bonus, added value, or inclusion with another purchase are not refundable and have no separate cash value.

 

D) Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including in your country of residence).

 

8. DISCLAIMERS (EDUCATIONAL / PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT)

All Content is provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.

You acknowledge that:

  • you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

  • results vary between individuals

  • no specific outcomes are guaranteed

Our Content is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice and is not a substitute for professional care or advice.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Websites or Services, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on information.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

 

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

We may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

 

11. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Websites or Services for unlawful purposes, to interfere with systems or security, to misuse Content, or to infringe intellectual property rights.

 

12. USER SUBMISSIONS & TESTIMONIALS

If you submit content to us (including testimonials, messages, or media), you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to use it for business purposes unless you request removal in writing.

 

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Websites or Services if these Terms are breached. Intellectual property protections and payment obligations survive termination.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
